JOB DESCRIPTION:  LOAN PARTNER

Are you a problem solver? Do you enjoy seeing the pieces of a puzzle come together? Can you manage several time sensitive activities in order to meet critical deadlines? Then we want you at Pemberton Mortgage Group.

Your responsibilities:

• Review and analyze documentation to determine best loan for borrowers among a wide variety of products

• Nurture pipeline of leads throughout pre-approval process

• Provide high level of customer service when in direct contact with clients

• Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy

• Verify loan documents and prepare application package for submittal to processing

• Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested then received

• Communicate between borrowers and lenders

• Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management

Your qualifications:

• Organized, thorough, detail oriented

• Excellent time management skills

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer skills

• General knowledge of secondary market mortgage products

• Prior experience originating mortgage loans

• NMLS Louisiana state license required
